How long is my voucher valid for?
All vouchers that have been purchased are valid till the 31st of October 2022.
Can I change the dates of my stay?
Depending on the availability of rooms we will be most happy to change your dates within the given time frame.
Can I give someone a voucher as a gift?
Yes you most certainly can give someone a voucher as a gift !
Do I have to make the full payment?
In order to purchase a voucher, the payment must be made in full.
Can I change my meal basis whenever?
If you wish to upgrade to Full Board Basis or All-Inclusive Basis you can pay the additional charge at the hotel. Simply speak to the reception and our team will take care of the rest.
How do I redeem the voucher?
You can send us an Email with your reservation details and voucher identification number to reservations.kudarah@amayaresorts.com and we will take care of the rest.
